23 Janvier 2010 - Stéphanie Guévremont - For the love of the game, they took vacation and came from British-Columbia, Alberta and Newfoundland & Labrador. Every competition day in the bleachers there were friends and families to cheer up their troops with flags, applaus and rallying call.
Les Sanderson ont traversé le pays depuis Coquitlam en Colombie-Britannique pour supporter leur fille aînée. Jessie en est à sa première présence au Championnat canadien de curling junior. "Nous sommes vraiment exci-tés devant son succès et peut importe le prix, nous n'aurions jamais manqué ça", de dire Yumi Sanderson.
In the Sanderson family, curling is a passion, but this time, it's more than a game. "It's like taking a vacation and visit-ing a different country. There's so much history here, yesterday we seen a church that was built in 1826", explained Ron Sanderson.
La soeur cadette de Brad Chys fait parti de l'équipe féminine de curling de Calgary en Alberta. Lui même ama-teur de curling, il n'a pas hésité à prendre congé pour supporter Nadine. "J'ai déjà fait de la compétition et je sais que d'avoir des gens derrière nous peut faire une différence entre une victoire et une défaite."
Sandy and Keith Moss totally agree and would never miss a game of their son, Stephen. For over ten years, the Moss's have done everything they can to help him in the sport. "We believe in him, it is the second time he has participated in the canadian juniors", told those who left Gander in NewFoundland last week.
